Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ecwon8 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the ecwon8 website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ecwon8 platform. One account per person is permitted. Employees and their immediate family members of ecwon8 are not eligible to hold player accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ecwon8 login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access to ecwon8 support immediately.
All bonuses at ecwon8 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is met in full.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. ecwon8 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. Funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting tools, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances at ecwon8.
ecwon8 provides deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to circumvent the exclusion. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By completing the ecwon8 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the ecwon8 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by using the Platform, that person accepts these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the ecwon8 Platform. This is a mandatory requirement under the international gaming authority licensing framework under which ecwon8 operates. Registration constitutes your declaration that you meet this age requirement. ecwon8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) Account on the ecwon8 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, using different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Malaysian mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested. You are obligated to keep this information updated. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
The following persons are not eligible to hold ecwon8 Accounts: (a) employees, contractors, and agents of ecwon8 and its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) persons who are self-excluded from ecwon8 or who are subject to a cooling-off period; (d) persons resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ecwon8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All transactions and activity conducted through your Account are deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ecwon8 support immediately via live chat.
ecwon8 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Such documentation may include a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification. ecwon8 may suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. ecwon8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its then-current policy, as communicated to Players. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
You may fund your ecwon8 Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. ecwon8 does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the deposit page.
You may request withdrawal of Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) at any time, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. ecwon8 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. ecwon8 reserves the right to delay processing pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review.
The ecwon8 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ecwon8 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your ecwon8 Account are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are not available for withdrawal. Different game types contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain games may contribute 0%.
ecwon8 reserves the right to: (a) withdraw any bonus that has been credited due to a technical error; (b) refuse, modify, or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or where multiple Accounts are detected; (c) apply a maximum bet restriction of RM 20 per spin or hand when playing with active Bonus Funds, unless otherwise specified. Violation of bonus restrictions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from crediting, as specified in each offer) will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without notice or compensation.
All games available on the ecwon8 Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed in your Account history and the result recorded on ecwon8's server-side systems, the server-side record shall be definitive. ecwon8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games and professionally operated live dealer studios for live casino games. All RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently verified. ecwon8 reserves the right to void bets placed after a game event has concluded, and to void bets placed on events with incorrect odds published due to manifest error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ecwon8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the ecwon8 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game content, user interfaces, and design elements — is the property of ecwon8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any Platform content without ecwon8's prior written consent.
ecwon8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ecwon8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.
ecwon8 is committed to responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that the house holds a mathematical advantage in all casino games. ecwon8 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings at no charge: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
A self-exclusion, once applied, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion — including by registering a new Account — is a material breach of these Terms. ecwon8 reserves the right to close any Account found to be held by a self-excluded player and to forfeit any balance in that Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ecwon8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the Platform; (d) any third-party content or services accessible through the Platform.
ecwon8's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
ecwon8 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ecwon8 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) ecwon8 discontinues the Platform or any part of it.
You may request closure of your ecwon8 Account at any time by contacting live support. Upon closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
ecwon8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent Platform notification with at least seven (7) days' notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the ecwon8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ecwon8 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, or Account management, you must first contact ecwon8 support in writing. ecwon8 will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
